Why is commission charged on the value of orders?
All eCommerce platforms charge a commission on sales, just look at market leaders like Shopify. Maintaining an eCommerce/CRM/ERP platform like NutriBot generates huge costs that are directly related to the size of the company. To be fair and charge more from biggers and less from smallers, sales commission is the fairest approach. Thanks to this, both parties care about business growth!
Is it possible to implement my unique Customer Journey?
Unfortunately not. Customer Journey is configurable to some extent, but we are not able to make any custom approach. Let's arrange a video meeting to verify your requirements.
Is it possible to customize the front end and fully adapt the solution to my brand?
The appearance of the frontend is configurable to some extent. We can change the main color, logo and other small things. Full customization is possible but requires an Enterprise plan approach.
Can I choose any payment gateway available in my country?
No. We currently support several international payment operators. Implementing and maintaining integration with other payment operators is a challenge and entails high programming costs. If you really care about adding a new payment operator, please contact us and we will consider your request. Perhaps we can do them for an additional fee.
